At STARTEAM Global UK we are continually trying to achieve new goals
We work extremely hard to maintain our delivery targets. We are currently achieving 98% of PCBs supplied on time but are striving to improve this even further.
We have a great relationship with our factories and constantly keep in touch with them. We visit their facilities in China and Thailand regularly to ensure they are meeting the high standards we expect.
I’m extremely proud of the team at STARTEAM Global UK and how we consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. It’s a measure of our high levels of service that we achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 99%.
Quality is vital, as well as delivering boards on time to meet customer deadlines.
Our many years’ experience and the excellent relationship we have with our suppliers in Thailand and China means that we continue to grow every year.
